Research Interests

My research projects are all within the domain of radiation oncology physics, although some lean slightly toward radiobiology. The vast majority are clinically oriented.

My current Research Interests include, but are not limited to:

Advanced radiotherapy optimization and delivery techniques
Adaptive radiotherapy
High LET radiotherapy and RBE evaluation
Microdosimetry
Particle radiotherapy
Safety and quality assurance techniques in radiotherapy

The projects I oversee often involve evaluating the latest clinical technology and its implementation and utility for particular applications. These projects usually give students some hands-on clinical experience while engaging in a potentially publishable research project.
